Clause
1. Scope and Application
This Advertising Policy sets out the standards that apply to every campaign, creative, and destination page run through the talvospheresolution platform. It applies to advertisers, agencies, and any other party that uses the Services, and it forms part of our Terms of Service.
We review campaigns against these standards and may decline, pause, or remove any campaign that does not meet them. Where a campaign raises a question we cannot resolve under this Policy, we may ask for more information before it goes live.
Clause
2. Creative Standards
Creatives and landing pages must be clear, accurate, and appropriate for the audience they reach:
- Claims must be truthful and supportable, and offers must reflect what the user actually receives.
- Functionality such as automatic audio, full-screen expansions, or simulated system messages must not mislead the user.
- Landing pages must match the creative that led to them and must not disguise the advertiser.
- Creative must respect the format and placement limits configured in the campaign.
Clause
3. Prohibited Content
The following categories are not permitted on the platform:
- Content that is unlawful, infringing, or that facilitates the sale of counterfeit or illegal goods.
- Deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading offers, including fake prizes and impersonation of a brand.
- Malware, unwanted software, or content designed to harm or degrade a user's device.
- Harassment, hate speech, or content that discriminates against or demeans a group.
- Content that sexualizes minors or otherwise exploits vulnerable people.
Clause
4. Restricted Content
Some categories may run only where they comply with the rules of the markets and placements they target, and where targeting keeps them away from audiences they are not suitable for:
- Alcohol.
- Tobacco, vaping, and related products.
- Gambling, gaming, and lotteries.
- Adult content and dating services.
- Weapons and ammunition.
- Pharmaceuticals, supplements, and health claims.
- Political and issue-advocacy advertising.
- Consumer credit and lending offers.
Clause
5. Transparency and Disclosure
Advertising must be identifiable as advertising. Sponsored placements must carry any disclosure the applicable market requires, and native or in-feed formats must not blur the line between content and advertising. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of the audience and consent signals they attach to a campaign, and for honouring the choices people have made about their data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Clause
6. Review and Approval
Campaigns are reviewed before they run, and reviewed again when their content, targeting, or destination changes. Review covers the creative, the landing page, and the audience settings. We aim to complete a first review promptly and will explain the grounds when a campaign is not accepted. A decision on one campaign does not bind a future decision on another.
Clause
7. Enforcement
Where a campaign does not meet these standards, we may take action proportionate to the issue:
- Request changes: Ask you to amend the creative, targeting, or landing page before the campaign runs.
- Pause a campaign: Stop delivery while an issue is resolved.
- Restrict accounts: Limit or remove access for repeated or serious breaches.
We apply these standards consistently and keep records of the reviews and decisions we make.
Clause
8. Reporting a Violation
If you believe a campaign running on the platform breaches this Policy, email us at [email protected] with the details and, where possible, a screenshot or link. We will review the report and take action where warranted. We may contact you for more information and will keep you informed of the outcome where we can.
